The rules and conditions that govern your use of the QwikPing platform, including your responsibilities, our commitments to you, and how we keep the service running fairly and reliably for everyone.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the QwikPing Solutions (“QwikPing”) platform and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Use of the Service
You may use QwikPing only in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, and the WhatsApp Business and Meta platform policies. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content and contacts you upload.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Send messages without valid opt-in consent.
- Distribute spam, unlawful, or prohibited content.
- Violate WhatsApp/Meta messaging or template policies.
- Infringe the rights of others or attempt to breach security.
4. Plans, Billing & Trials
Paid plans start at ₹999/mo. Fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing period. WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta are billed in addition to plan fees. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled.
5. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable policies.
6. Intellectual Property
QwikPing and its underlying software, branding, and content are owned by QwikPing Solutions and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QwikPing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
