Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can move between Starter, Growth, and Enterprise whenever your needs change. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades apply from your next billing cycle so you keep what you have paid for until then.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
We notify you as you approach your monthly limit so there are no surprises. You can either top up additional message volume for the cycle or upgrade to a higher plan. Campaigns are never silently cut off without a heads-up from our team.
Do you charge separately for WhatsApp template message costs?
WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta based on your country and conversation category. QwikPing passes these through transparently at cost — our plan price covers the platform, and you only pay Meta’s standard per-conversation rates on top. Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup or onboarding fee on any plan. Our team helps you complete Meta Business verification, register your number, and get templates approved as part of your subscription so you can go live without extra charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, major credit and debit cards, net banking, and bank transfer for Indian businesses. Enterprise customers can also pay annually by invoice. All payments are processed securely and you receive a GST-compliant invoice for every charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts on Starter or Growth — cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Enterprise agreements follow the term agreed in your contract, which our team will walk you through.
